Before filling out the form:
We offer in-person and online sessions and are not medicaid or medicare providers.
We can only provide counseling to clients physically located in Ohio at the time of service—even if you're an Ohio resident traveling out of state.
Some clients may not be a good fit for telehealth; if that’s the case, we’ll let you know.
