Sarah is a Counselor Trainee at The Wellife and a Master’s student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Malone University. She is passionate about walking alongside others in their journey toward healing, growth, and greater self-awareness. Sarah considers it a true honor to hold space for people’s stories and to be present with them through whatever they are navigating.

With a heart for supporting others through life’s challenges, Sarah is especially interested in working with moms, individuals navigating parenthood, and couples seeking deeper connection and understanding.

Outside of counseling, Sarah enjoys spending time with her four children, drinking good coffee, getting lost in a book, and going for a run.
